IMPORTANT CHANGES

TO DRIVER LICENSE & STATE ID CARDS

 

 

*DRIVER LICENSES AND STATE ID CARDS TO BE MAILED

          Upon completion of the examination process and payment of the fee, the County Treasurer will issue you a 30-day receipt, with driving privileges if appropriate.  Your driver license or State ID Card will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days.

 

 

*PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

          If you are applying for a new driver license or State ID Card, you will be required to present one form of U.S. based identification that includes your full legal name.

 

 

*PROOF OF PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE

          If you are applying for a new or renewal driver license or State ID card, you will be required to present two forms of principal residence (post office box will not be accepted).
